Kei Adds Vice President and Investor Relations Associate

Buffalo, NY, October 19, 2006 – Kei Advisors, LLC, an investor relations and business advisory firm, has appointed James M. Culligan as Vice President.  Mr. Culligan will be responsible for capital market research, client management and financial community liaison.

Mr. Culligan has returned to Buffalo after a ten-year absence.  Previously, he spent nine years as Director of Business Development and Client Relations at LaBranche & Co., a leading New York Stock Exchange specialist firm, where he was an integral member of the team responsible for winning the business of over 150 companies and ensuring their smooth transition to the NYSE and American Stock Exchange, including the establishment of strong investor relations programs and providing a continuous flow of market information to company executives. He was also responsible for developing and presenting educational seminars on the equity markets to the firm’s client base of over 650 public companies.

From 1982 to 1996, Jim served in various capacities served in various capacities in the company’s accounting and finance department in the company’s accounting and finance department to include his last role as Treasurer. While at Pratt & Lambert Jim was instrumental in planning and implementing a company-wide re-engineering effort and was a key member of the annual report, SEC reporting team and strategic planning committee. Jim began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he spent two years in the audit and tax departments. He is a 1981 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a certified public accountant.

Also, joining Kei Advisors is Liz Urbanski Farrell, Investor Relations Associate.  With 12 years’ experience in writing and marketing, Ms. Urbanski Farrell has written, edited and designed a variety of articles, brochures, press releases and publications for newspapers and organizations in the Buffalo and Albany areas, some of which earned awards from the New York Press Association, Catholic Press Association and the College Admissions Marketing Report. A former business reporter for the Niagara Gazette, she has also freelanced extensively for Buffalo Business First.  A former member of the board of directors of the Women’s Press Club of New York State, Ms. Urbanski Farrell holds a B.A. cum laude from Buffalo State College.
