Kei Advisors LLC Broadens Expertise
with Addition of New Executive

Buffalo, NY, January 14, 2004 – Investor relations and business advisory firm Kei Advisors LLC announced today the addition of S. Brian Wilson as President. Mr. Wilson, who has extensive experience with the markets for publicly traded securities, will be responsible for the business development and strategic marketing initiatives of Kei Advisors as the firm positions itself for further growth and expansion. Deborah K. Pawlowski, who founded Kei Advisors in association with the law firm of Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP in 2000, will continue as Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Wilson, who was responsible for listing hundreds of America’s finest companies, has over 30 years experience in the capital marketplace. Prior to joining Kei Advisors, he spent twelve years at the NASDAQ Stock Market in sales, business development and strategic advisory roles. Most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Advisory, Mr. Wilson mentored NASDAQ sales and service representatives to provide value to major, category leading corporations. Previously, Mr. Wilson spent eleven years at the American Stock Exchange, first as a financial analyst, then as a Director of Sales. He holds a BS in Management and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University. Mr. Wilson will be operating from his New York Metro office.
