Kei Advisors to Present at Seminar on SEC’s
Reg FD
Buffalo, NY, October 19, 2000 – Kei Advisors has been invited
by the Bullfinch Fund to present at a seminar on the Securities
and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg
FD) on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 8:30 a.m. at The Buffalo Club. Also
presenting will be Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP. The seminar
will discuss the implications of the new regulation drawing on the
expertise of investor relations, legal, and asset management professionals.
The presentation will feature on overview of Reg FD and various
suggestions for working within the specifications of the rule, as
well as a question and answer period. It is intended to aid company
officers (such as chief executive, chief financial, investor relations
officers, and corporate secretaries), securities analysts, and portfolio
and fund managers in understanding the new rule.
Previously held in Rochester, NY, the seminar had a favorable response
from participants that represented a variety of public companies
and investment professionals. "We found the seminar to be extremely
useful as it served to address many of the questions we had relative
to the changing environment of investor communications in light
of Regulation FD. We are taking many of the concepts discussed in
the seminar and applying them to our own investor communications
policies and procedures to ensure that Constellation will be in
compliance with the new regulation," said Mark Maring, Vice
President, Investor Relations of Constellation Brands, Inc.
Individuals interested in attending the seminar should contact
Jennifer Gorczynski at (716) 843-3853 for additional information.
