James M. Culligan , President, returned to Buffalo after a ten-year absence and joined Kei Advisors as a vice president effective September 5, 2006. He will assist the firm with its research, client support and marketing efforts.

Previously, Mr. Culligan spent nine years as Director of Business Development and Client Relations at LaBranche & Co., a leading New York Stock Exchange specialist firm. He was an integral member of the team responsible for winning the business of over 150 companies and ensuring their smooth transition to the NYSE and American Stock Exchange, including the establishment of strong investor relations programs. He was also responsible for developing and presenting educational seminars on the equity markets to the firm’s client base of over 650 public companies. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Culligan was Treasurer at Pratt & Lambert, Inc. in Buffalo, New York, and from 1982 to 1991 he served in various capacities in the company’s accounting and finance department.

Mr. Culligan began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he spent two years in the audit and tax departments. He is a 1981 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a certified public accountant. .
