Ms. Pawlowski has over 20 years experience in investor relations, marketing, strategic planning and management. Investor relations programs that she has managed have been awarded the prestigious Association for Investment Management and Research Award for Excellence in Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations. She has had experience with several debt and equity offerings, acquisitions, sales and crisis events with clients and, from a corporate perspective, while at National Fuel Gas Company (NFG), a diversified energy company and American Precision Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company.

Ms. Pawlowski's breadth of experience and dynamic energy combine to provide counsel to executive management and Boards of Directors in investor relations initiatives and capital markets positioning. She develops plans for crisis situations while guiding clients through challenging issues.

Ms. Pawlowski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy where she received her B.S. in General Engineering. She received her M.B.A. from the New York State University at Buffalo. She is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, Past President of the National Investor Relations Institute Virtual Chapter, and Vice President - Secretary and Treasurer of the West Point Society of Western New York. Ms. Pawlowski leads the Founding Committee of the Western New York Investors Conference.
