Laura J. Guerrant-Oiye, Sr. Vice President, is a specialist in investor relations and corporate communications and has 20 years of IR experience with companies in the technology, healthcare, biotech, consumer products and financial services industries.

Previously, Ms. Guerrant-Oiye served as the Investor Relations Manager at Asyst Technologies, Inc., where she launched its first internal IR department. In addition, she served as an account executive for international financial communications firm FD Morgen–Walke's San Francisco office, where she managed IR programs for companies in diverse sectors. She is a graduate of Allegheny College (Meadville, PA) and has completed courses toward an MBA – Finance and Marketing degree at Golden Gate University (San Francisco).

Ms. Guerrant-Oiye served on the Silicon Valley Chapter's Board of Directors for the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI). She is a founding member of the NIRI Virtual Chapter, the second largest chapter in the organization, and served as Chapter President for the program year 2005 - 2006.
